Teaching Assistant- Early Years

The Teaching Assistant is responsible for providing classroom support and working hand-in-hand with the Lead Teacher to deliver the curriculum and ensure that all learners get quality education

 Responsibilities

• Teaching all areas of the curriculum
• Preparing the classroom for lessons
• Classroom display and submission of paperwork
• Working one-on-one or with small groups of students
• Professional Development and collaborative planning
• Helping on School outings or at school events
• Reporting and liaison with parents/ guardians
• Assessment and report writing

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or any related
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education is added advantage
• Experience working with children
• Relevant teaching experience
• Experience in an international school is an added advantage
